  • What could you do with my 2007 R/T AWD?

  • @MSalzbrenner

We could duplicate this build and put it into your Caliber (which would be crazy with AWD).

If you are interested in doing something like this, please feel free to contact me.

    Thanks,

    John

  • i think you need, bigger brakes

  • @errikosm

That is our drag brake set up, the OEM brakes are damn near twice the size.

  • Good job guys.

  • @ExhaustDepot

Thank you! Should have more to come first of this year.

  • what all do you have in the car I'm planning on building up a caliber srt4 as well.

  • @memphiskicksass Contact me at our website or through our email for recomendations for the best bang for the $ spent!

  • no more comments i could b wrong + i dont want any of these other idiots on the tube to start hating just cause its a csrt4 good luck i would like to see it hook up at the track that would tell the real answer

  • check out super street and modified mag. this dyno was done at drift office.

  • do u have any vids of it at the track or full boosting on the street ?

  • @08supermoto There are a few of them posted here in my videos, you can see we spin 9 inch wide slicks through the 1/8 mile. I have a few videos of us running on pump gas at 22 psi with 3rd gear pulls on the street. Just look through the videos and you should find what you need.

  • listen im not trying b one of these youtube video bashers ,but im from the northeast

and heavy in the racing seen and ive never heard of any magazines doing a write up on a shop having the most acurate dyno numbers that doesnt sound to familiar it actually sounds crazy but maybe im wrong

  • @08supermoto Super Street and Modified Magizine did some dyno compairisions here in the NW. It is one of the top rated dynos here in the NW. I would have to say that 80 to 90% of all the fast AWD cars in the NW tune and dyno on this dyno. I hope this clears up and speculation about the numbers posted in the dyno. If you want, you can watch our SRT4 Neon making pulls as well to verify operational paramenters.

  • i dont think tis car would make this hp on any dyno ,yes im ? the dyno in this video it doesnt look like theres much load on it ,and if thats the case this is bs just saying

  • @08supermoto The dyno in this shop has been reviewed by several magazines as being one of the most accurate in the NW. We did dyno at a dyno day on a Mustang dyno and on pump gas the car made 445 WHP and 420 WTQ. I have posted those dynos on the forums for everyone to view.

  • How long will this engine last? And 600hp in a FWD?... I don't see that being good?

  • @eightycc Motor lasted 18 months at these HP levels. We have several motors that have made 450 + WHP with no issues to the motor or cly head. 600 WHP in a FWD requires gear based boost, without this you will end up with nothing but wheel spin! Drivetrain is very rohbust and to date we have only cracked a trans case when running 10.5" wide slicks. We have had zero problems with the trans or drivetrain when running on our street set up.

  • What can i do to make my caliber se make that much horse??? Anything i can bolt on?

  • Contact us and we can direct you towards the proper parts.

  • @uptonman hahah bolt ons to make 600 whp? roflz

  • @slcslobalt Yep, all the parts on the car were "bolted-on", you just need to get the fuel system figured out and a quality tune on race gas!

  • How much invested ?? :P Cuz it is some sick shit right there mate

  • @D3vilm4n $25,000 into the build but it can be done for less. We have a lot of man hours into the design and testing of the kit. Now that we have repeated it two times, it is something that can be done with the proper parts..

  • @ptperformance hey is this in virginia because in virginia a modified caliber flew by me and it looks alot like this one.

  • @BlackxHeartxBlood Sorry, we are located in WA state.

  • so its a dyno fag queen numbers? race a car or something.

You CSRT4 people make me laugh out loud

  • @jeffs05gt Must have been raped by a Caliber, sorry to hear that.

  • @ptperformance yea no doubt jelious MUCH

  • @jeffs05gt lol fuking noob

  • @jeffs05gt You Mustang guys make my laugh out loud when you get all butt hurt when you lose to a 4 banger.

  • @jeffs05gt

i love v8s but damn, yal are confusing. first its "you got half the engine" then when you get beat its "well you got a turbo"....which is it? please tell me so i can understand

  • @BlackCobalt707

We have 1/2 the motor with a turbo. Even at that... V8's running a turbo will not make "twice" the power. The smaller motors love to rev and love to make power up top, which is where the 4 cly will out run the bigger V8's.

Hope this helps clear things up.

  • @ptperformance

i know this lol. i was just sayin thats the excuse that i read that V8 guys use alot

  • @BlackCobalt707

It has a turbo, it is 1/2 the clys of a V8.

  • I heard that the Caliber SRT4 has a plastic intake manifolds that can handle up to 300 lbs-ft of torque

  • It is platic, but its proven that it can take more than 300 ft-lbs of TQ. We are working on a new intake manifold right now. Carbon fiber runners with carbon fiber plenum. That will be running on the car before summer hits.

  • what is your 0-60 times, do you have an idea?

  • Two very long black marks.

  • Those are small front brakes compared to my csrt4... did you do that for clearance for smaller rims&slicks? Is there a kit for that or is it just the regular caliber set?

  • Yes, its for our slick set up. We needed to run a 27 x 10.5 slick in order to get traction.

  • what is the part in this SRT.

  • @mathmath007 Big turbo kit listed at ptperformance

We have fueling solutions, intercooler and turbo kits. Call or shop online.

    Thanks.

  • they are the parts in your car

  • Yes, they are parts we build and installed for the shop car.

  • what kind of mods. u have?

  • A lot, email me and I will get the mod list sent over to you.

  • omg! I want that! $?

  • Around $7k in parts and another $3k for install and dyno tune. Should have the 600 WHP graph posted up soon.

  • Good job John congrats dude

  • Thanks, should have track times up here very soon.

  • cant wait

  • YES!

  • That is what we said also, just wish we could have hit the 600 mark. But that is just around the corner. First to 600, and it came from PTP!

  • where are the time slips john hahaha

    good job though

  • We are hitting the track today, and then Friday as well. We had the first shake down runs just 2 weeks ago and the track has been open for all the National events. Next 2 weeks have "LOTS" of TNT's set up. Should have an 11 second pass here soon enough.

    Thanks!
