I'm using regular LEGO shock absorbers only. They come in some sets, but you can get these separately at BRICKLINK - as explained on the notice at video's end, which you managed to overlook somehow.

i believe there are actually different lego shock absorbers with different stiffnesses, which is what he was asking. I have 6 and 4 of them are definitely stiffer then the other 2.
