@Choloz22 You dont get it in a quest you get it from the museum of history before you get the the entrance of ghoul city turn left...you'll have to kill a few ghouls/Glowing ones but they arnt too difficult

hey I cant find this kid anywhere, I mean I've done the mission, killed the queen and I decided to kill the doc coz it was all his fault to begin with. you get a chance to add a perk to make your ap regain faster. i believe it's called nerves of steel. it becomes available around level 26 or 27
