I wish they would have released how long you have to complete the speed runs so you would know how close you were to getting it. You did the second one in 1:20 mins.

Speedrun on a tomb raider game? lol anyway, the video helped for the refinery one since there was a few shortcuts you did that I didn't think about. the DLC for this game is pretty good (unlike other games)

The second one is realy annoying me now. If I die, i have to wait for the game to load, and then wait for it again as it relodes my last save.

Hell, I'm spending more time looking at loading screens then I am actualy playing the game.

Nevermind, my mistake. It's gotta be done the second time around AFTER destroying the transformer. I was doing it the first time, that's why it wouldn't unlock. Gotta read more carefully the achievement description.

WHAT THE HECK, MAN! I start the video at 1:15, then jump to the platform where it starts. When I finish it's always before his achievement unlock sound comes up and I can't freaking get this.

The second one actually is a lot more forgiving that the first one - you can take your time and you'll still get it... the trick is to just not fight the thralls.

TR speed runs always break my little achievement whore heart =*( they take forever! but man, are they worth it when you get 'em.

This run was 1.02.6 which is damn fast. one thing to note is that when in mid air from shadow jumps there is no need to hold down the shadow button this just wastes it and then you have to wait for it to recharge. personally this achievement is too hard for me but i'm sure this method is the way to go.

I was playing through towards the 2nd time to do the first one adn for a practice it did it the first time and the achivement unlocked when is says you have to doit the 2nd time around, wierd.

I've unlocked Refinery Speed Run so far and trying my best to unlock the last - Right of Passage. It's really hard for making one mistake everything fails! Especially while passing the moving walls.

Right of passage is easy - just dont kill enemies and shadow run everywhwre :-) Stuck on the refinery 1 though :( I got 40/41 though :-)

I can't believe I still don't have these two achievements, I've been trying for months now when ever I cared to look at this game again. Why do people create stupid timed achievements. They're the most annoying achievements to get. Like in BulletWitch I'm still working on the 15 Hour Achievement

People saying that u can't save at all in the game or you can say goodbye for the achievements, use auto checkpoints. I hope that still works.

I dont think someone can beat the 2nd speedrun at the first time. There are many spaces for mistakes.

I have tried the first speed run for like 20 times. I can assure you that sometimes I even went as fast as this guy here. Still, I didn't get the achievement! What the hell?! How fast do I need to be? Oh, and I did save before the achievement but only a few checkpoints back. So, does that also count as a reason for the achievement to stay locked?

yes, u cant save at all in laras shadow, if u fuck up right of passage, u have to start from the begining. no saves at any point.

The refinery is the last achievement I'm missing, I have all other 40 achievements. I tried yesterday 2 hours and today 1 hour and it just refuses to unlock.

the dive jump for x360 is running jump then B but dont use ur shadow powers or itll mess up

ur problem is....read the description...you cant have a save right before the run in order to get the achievement try restarting the level and DONT save before you try or else it will be locked

It basically means without dying and continuing from the automatic checkpoint or saving during the speed run, i.e. you can save at the checkpoint before the slope.

To make it easier you should do the refinery speed run on your first visit, that way there is no big blob to kill you.
