Spent all day making this-- mostly because I turned it into an over-the-shoulder purse instead, and made it slightly bigger. It turned out SO cute, and only cost about $3 for all the materials... totally worth it. Thanks for the idea & template! :)

@tweety9102 Try a slightly thicker fabric, although it depends on your intended use of the bag. Hrm...drill poplin or polyester maybe? I'm not too good with fabric names, I usually judge by it's feel. =.=

So, I'm going to an Anime con very soon and was planning on bringing a bag, and I'd like to make this, but I would like to know if I could use twill? White twill? (I've got like , an unlimited supply of it . . . e__e). We bought WAY too much for my costume though (the white fabric).

Gosh I made mine just yesterday and it turned out super cute. i used another tipe pf fabric i found at home and is super resistent. My friends now want me to do bags for everyone. This vid was really helpful. thank you so much for uploading. also I saw some super cute ideas in your channel so i had to subscribe XD

I made my own patterns, and change some colors on flower, but still looks incredible and cute. thank you so much for this. now i will make the onigiri ^^
