hold it on the inside of the lid with a magnet

screw it down and more the magnet away no gass excapes

that way it takes about 20secs.

It's extremely difficult and takes practice (It reacts instantly, so you have to screw it on with lightning speed) Then shake it until the bottle gets stiff and then you can throw it or hit it with something, but it'll blow up on it's own after a while anyway.
