i don't think that people fully understand England needs a squad of about 20 players to come through for them to win a world cup.

look at all the previous world cup winners they all had large squads of players with flare.

England probably only has 3 players with skill and that is Rooney, Rio and now Wilshire.

I'm a player of NK Dinamo zagreb that's one of the best teams in Croatia, and because of that I know Eduardo Da Silva he was our forward trainer before he left to Arsenal, and he told me that if Wilshere keeps training and everything he will become a player that the world will never forget. His so good for his age, he scores very easilly and he isn't even a forward, every croatian player of my team and of course I self look up to him! ;) Go on Jack Wilshere you're a example of the youth players
