Why is it that even on the GameBoy, Killer Instinct looked AWESOME, and really awesome graphics for the gameboy O_O

@squirralicious They used lower resolution sprites, they helped the framerate a lot, if you notice they weren't nearly as big as the ones on the SNES. If you want an example of how NOT to do a Game boy fighter, look at Street Fighter 2 for the Game boy. No bueno.

used to own with the wolf on gb get an ultra combo evertime, hes much worse on snes but others are much better so i didnt mind

Yes. You can change it out, tho. The Super Game Boy did not display Game Boy games in full screen because it would be distorted and stretched out. It had several built-in borders, or if the game was programmed to be a Super Game Boy enhanced game, it got it's own border.

i had KI for gameboy part of a 32 in 1 game pack as far is i can remember. I first realized that two characters where missing such as raptor & cinder. Some fighting stages seen in SNES aren't not in gb version.But the rest of cast are there and the game was still great to play. My character that i comfortable with doing combos was sabrewulf & orchid.

it's one of unique games that doesn't focus on rounds. Instead it gives a second health bar to the losing character while the winning character retains whatever health he/she has left.

Lol, I would use him somtimes for that same reason. He had really cheap combos that you could just keep doing one after another by pressing like 2 buttons.

I am such a nerd about this freakin' game. I can do a 20-hit Killer combo w/ Orchid off the top of my head. And a 40 hit if i'm on a roll. Jesus, that game is awesome. XD
