Seems like Best Buy has lost it's focus. I called in to order one of the new tablets and was told it was "in stock and would ship within 1-2 days" by the rep. I get my order confirmation and found out it was PRE ORDERED and wouldn't ship for another 2 weeks!!!! The rep didn't even put his ID on the order because he knew he LIED to me! Also, since when is charging tax on shipping considered legal?? ?
