I love the arrangement, but the tempo is too fast. You shouldn't have to ritard so drastically at the end.

Great tempo! I agree that most churches sound slow and soft but "exuberant" is the way to go. Great job!

Very exuberant... naturally, you'll play this somewhat slower when you're leading a congregation.
I like the intro/reharm... top-drawer stuff.
