  • @QuadMochaMatti It's because you use a shitty browser. I've never seen a commercial on Youtube.

  • Bless you

  • Nothing beats starting a video off with a cigarette.

  • WAHAWWWWWWW

  • @btegz bless you!

  • I'm not huge on sampling, it tends to sound unoriginal. sampling your own lead guitar riffs on the other hand? AWESOME.

  • mick jones is the fuckin man

  • is this what white trash hip pop looks like?

  • @MrCaptainNObeard hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

  • @MrCaptainNObeard What could you possibly see or hear in this song or video that would lead you to think it was an attempt at "hip hop"?

  • @Aw0L74 actually, many things, and I love Mick, but I don't love his lame ass d,j. saying stupid shit about going to raves..I really bought "This is BAD" but when I heard this one I was thinking, this is BAD?

  • Is there a way to save someones list, so you can come back o it later? Nate has some good taste...

  • these videos don't loaaddddddddddd

  • Like..the song...dislike...damn commercials.

  • Hi all . love B,A,D class tunes

  • VISUAL FBI CAMERA 1-1

  • Happy Birthday, Mick.

  • if he fix his teeth he wouldn't be Mick Jones thats what make him stand out. i like the fact that he doesn't give a shit about his teeth it's all about the music

  • i kinda like this song it's fun

  • The horn sounds muted versus my memory.

  • confession: i heard this in 1990 before The Clash's "Should I Stay or Should I Go"... needless to say, i was rather confused when i heard the original around '93 or 94, haha. Either way, they're both really good songs!

  • sample from an M people song aswell

  • part of it lookED like L.A.

  • all the best early rappers were white and were in punk rock bands. they even did fast crazy styles back then.

  • Who's the guy that's rapping?

  • I grew up listening to this album. Gotta love the 90's~

  • TUNE!!!!!

  • god this is horseshit. joe strummer was right.

  • ill see you at coachella Mick. STOKED.

  • I love the Clash but this is bad....

  • somewhere there is a BAD universe out there..

    i wanna go!

  • I want to go to Coachella now!

  • Hey VEVO. i know you don't pay attention to your pages but when you have a decent song do no put ads for shitty stuff like Katy Perry and interrupt a good track with "whip my hair" seriously.. whip my fucking hair... seriously?. Have you ever heard of targeting? Now I'm so pissed by your shitty pop music I need to go cleanse my palette with some Mastodon. What happened to pop music? Why does it suck SOOOO bad. Stop making songs based on what 13 year old girls think is cool. FOAD!

  • @kemicon I hate it too. However, it does keep youtube free for all of us. Plus, unlike the SME tunes, you can have these songs play on your playlist. (Yes, granted, with the commercials. At least they're playing.) SME pisses me off more for not allowing their artists to belong to a playlist. VEVO sucks but SME sucks WAY MORE!

  • hey mick.- u dah man. total influence. wanted to be you for a while. in me youth. now me grown up,.me old. but got 8 albums out. and about 4 albums losted. because they were on cassette tapes. and lost or destroyed. oh well.since 1985

  • this is what started it all. these innovators. big audio dynamite. yes sir. joe strummer did his thing. mick did his thing. both fuckin innovators in there own reich/right! haha. check it out. bi-atch. down at the grove.

  • Get over it , I love the bastard too.

  • The Clash "Should i stay or should i go" GO TO HELL! A NEW ROWS HERE!

  • I ♥♥ THIS SONG!

  • teeth who cares is he breathing on you. I don't see it .

  • should I stay or should I go? Fuck Mic Jones!

  • charlie don't doit . i'll have bepinky pray for your slick .......

  • I want to blow my fucking brain's out, after hearing this.

  • @charliewally2005 feel free

  • why would someone post that bad word on the internet, some people are crazy

  • CAN THIS NOT FUCKING FREEZE UP EVERY FUCKING TIME?

  • I almost Cried when i saw his teeth..

  • Still one of my favorite bands! Formed by ex-guitarist and singer of The Clash, Mick Jones back in 1984. They were one of the first to do sampling and I think they did it more creatively than most even to this day. So many great songs and lots of great sampling!

  • is that mike patton rappin??

  • this was a 106.3 fave

  • and that sorta leads to this.

  • Mick did it for many of us back in the day, opening the door to a type of music appreciation lost on many back then and even now.... Yes, pure musical genius, but Lord, you'd think that the money made from such a successful music career would pay for modern day dental care or whitening at least... That always shocked me. Sorry, I don't mean to offen anyone, but WOW!

  • oh mick jones you are something else entirely

  • I believe all 4 of them made the Clash as great as they were. You remove piece from something that great and it well suffer. The 4 of them made that band The Clash.

  • still great!

  • I still have the album cassette tape of this record that I bought in 1992! I must have played it a million times and it's still good. B.A.D. II's The Globe kicked ass. Mick Jones, you are a genious brother! God bless you and everybody who came out of The Clash.

  • i miss music like this

  • this is awful, without joe, mick aint shit

  • @itbeats4u We beg to differ!

  • An ecletic mix of dance, pop, rock, punk, hip-hop.

  • promo vid guy steals files.

  • I thought this was bad then. The rapping is a joke and the sampling, I know he is basically sampling himself, still sucks. One good reason why you don't follow trends or fads cos you just date yourself. But if that is what he was going for, he nailed it.

  • @kevinocooldaddy Your opinion. Many of us disagree , of course.

My opinion: Rapping, in general, is a joke. It's "singing" for people who can't sing. People with bad grammar. People who can't enunciate.

B.A.D. didn't have good singers in the band but they were good musicians who played music that was original and fun to listen to.

  • @tcampbellla you're an idiot. it's as simple as that. you don't have to like rap, but to assume it's inferior is fucking retarded.

  • @june18th1988 Actually, my IQ is 153 which is quite a bit above idiot. I stated my opinion and labelled it as such. Good ahead and enjoy Rap, with few exceptions, like Grandmaster Flash, I don't.

But you can't honestly tell my that any rapper sings better then say, Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye or Bono, can you?

  • @tcampbellla Why the hell should a rapper be able to sing like anyone. Their RAPPERS!!. not singers lol. That's like saying can a cat bark like a dog.

  • @SuperCgardner @tcampbella some people are good at both rapping AND singing. Check out B.o.B

  • @KeepMusicking ur right i.e. anthony kiedis of RHCP which is my favorite band, drake whom i particularly don't like but the man can rap and sing lol. I am just saying u can't sit up and say a rapper can't sing as good as a singer. lmao of course he can't if he's strictly a rapper.

  • Bless you, bless you, bless you Joe Strummer... & Happy Birthday, Mick Jones!

  • "Where's the party, officer?" LOL

  • i have 2 cds of this luv it

  • Mick was every bit as responsible for the success of the Clash as was Joe, as is evidenced by the fact that The Clash did nothing significant musically after Mick left the band. Not that Joe wasn't brilliant, but it was the synergy between the two that made the magic.

  • @beefmageditor That's right. Each was brilliant, but together, a genius collaboraion.

  • @beefmageditor tru tru

  • @beefmageditor

    Yes! together they were amazing!

    credit to both!

It's hard to believe that he's in his sixties now! I think he was in his early twenties when he was with the clash. OMGSH!!!!! time flies!!

  • @beefmageditor mick WAS the clash my friend . you're dead right.

  • @beefmageditor Agreed! Mick was to Joe as Johnny Marr was to Morrissey

  • @beefmageditor Eh, Mick did nothing significant musically after the Clash. I don't mean to offend the fans of BAD, just my opinion, they just leave a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). I agree that the Clash were much much better with Mick but your wrong about the clash after Mick left. What I'm talking about is This is England.

  • @beefmageditor Couldn't agree more, I am tired of feeling guilty about liking BAD when The Clash was doing nothing..they all rock and may Joe rest in fun with Warren Zevon and all the Ramones.

  • @beefmageditor Totally agree. Is like the Lennon/McCartney thing: they were both brilliant, but they never were as good alone as they were togheter, right??? Coming back to the Joe and Mick case, it's funny that after Joe kick Mick out of The Clash, it was Mick the first one of the two to reach sucess, Joe didn't really reached it until the late '90 when he formed Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros.

  • This song rocks my body!!!!

    Thanks Mick!!

I love you and I had a drink with you back in the early 90s in N. Ca. I even have your autograph which it total street creed now! Ha ha!!

    Love ya!

  • @wheezer I'll pay anything to you for that autograph!!!! SERIOUSLY

  • Jones' voice wasn't as strong as Strummer's, but he was a great writer and played some sheerly bitching guitar - I won't take a thing away from the man. He'll always be cool -

  • I've always felt that B.A.D were only OK. This was a decent tune and Rush I would even say is a Good tune. The MC on this song sucks so bad it's hilarious.

  • Duh!. Mick Jones was the front man of the Clash along with Joe Strummer

  • Am I the only one that thinks of The Clash when I hear this song?

  • I think one of the guitarists from The Clash helped form this band.

  • i do think of the clash definitely, i thought this was the clash when i had to guess who it was

  • it was mick Jones of the clash who formed this band when he was kicked out of the clash and the reason you think of the clash is because that a sample from should i stay or should i go is taken

  • the lead singer of Big Audio Dynamite is Mick Jones the lead guitarist in the Clash and back up singer, that is why it sounds like the clash...

  • Forgot about this one.

Having major flashbacks of a damn good era.

  • Lets go out to a rave at 1am!!!

Its party time , lets dance!!

  • My beautiful friend this is an excellent song!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • first comment of 110670 views!!! :)

  • wow you amaze me
