  • I love Martinů so much!!!

  • Martinu's music offers riches to those who love good music, and it always will. I would not compare him to path-setting, influential composers like Beethoven and Stravinsky, but to inventive, prolific ones like Haydn - who's seldom likely to be called the greatest ever, but whose considerable body of work amply rewards much closer attention than seems at first to be the case.

  • Martinu to my mind is a composer of extreme importance and it is so sad that his enormous contribution to the classical repetoire of the 20th centuary has been overlooked for so long. He is in my opinion up there with Beethoven and Stravinsky who he admitted were very influential to him. I just adore his work and can't hear enough of it.

  • well played!

  • Překrásně hravé a ryze české.Když si LA JOLLU pustím,jsem v POLIčCE.

  • Lovely piece of music (HH.328), composed by Martinu in New York in 1950 well after his Symphonie #5.

  • Probably my favorite Martinu piece!

  • Its so good to see Martinu getting some of the exposure he deserves - Is a superb composer and so frequently overlooked. Lovely tight performance too.

  • Brilliant! Martinu clearly deserves worldwide recognition! Thank you very much for posting this gem!
