i think the Marshall sounds a ton better imho in this video the 6505+ has too much presence and the Marshall has great clean with the singlecoils in the luke i think if the guy on the right plugged into the 6505+ it would sound better too my ears as i don't like allot of high end.

I am really big fan of metallica.. and this is one of my favorites. I also play for a "while" so i am going to comment my view on the performance

well... the rhytm guitar sounds great all the time. Not bad improvisation at the and but a bit too long...

The solo player sounds also good, but improve the fast parts at the beginning and at the very end. Also after the intro solo(and before the hard part) dont play the same as the rhytm, there is specific melody kirk plays. But overall good job :)
