Haha fun video! I have taken apart two camera things, one is my D70 which I converted for infra red photography and successfully got together and working again. The other was my old Nikon 55-200mm when the auto focus stopped working on it, i thought i could find the source of problem, but i couldn't so it ended up as a pencil jar. I checked with a camera repair store and they said it would cost approximately half the new price for the lens to get my old one repaired.

I followed your instruction to the last detail but like you, my camera doesn't seem to work too well now. I noticed that you didnt re assemble the flash capacitor. The connections on mine are pretty cruddy, I will try to clean them tonite. Would you recommend licking it and wiping it in my underpants or shall I just leave it out?
