@remiedemy well, yes and no. toei considers sailor stars a separate series than sailor moon. it continues right where the super s arc left off, but in legal terms, its a different show. ppl keep saying stars never got dubbed into english because of the 'trans-gendered' starlights, but its most likely due to it being more expensive to purchase a whole new series. :)

@MultiPBW hotaru plays a bigger role in sailor stars the last season 2 bad it isnt in english but it's good Sailor Saturn is my fav sailor scout then Pluto the outers in general i love but sadly hotatu even tho she is the most powerful 1 they still slept on her she nvr gets her own transformation and toward the end she is just a defensive scout baisically my opinion of sailor moon they should have given both hotaru and rini bigger roles and made rini more powerful like the manga n not weak

Even tho there over arching storyline of this season isn't my all time fav, its definitly up there, Stars is undeniably the best season from indiv episode to episode. Its opening arch just...kicks...ass and its finale is mayb, no its finale IS the best of all the seasons. ppl say S is the best season. it is in terms of themes, but no in terms of entertainment value and emotional investment Stars rules the roost

Hmmm, maybe. I'm basing this off of the DVD that starts S, which has Otome no Policy for the first two endings, and Tuxedo Mirage afterwards, and the fifth S DVD, which has only Tuxedo Mirage, and various shots of the Sailors, including the Outers, in Togas in a field of flowers, so its possible for their to be another version that was made for the early R season with Ail, Ann, and their Cardians (Cardcaptor Sailor Moon, anyone?).
