Knee Exam (13 of 27): Posterior drawer

i had m.r,i scans on both of my knees but nothing showed up on the right knee altho i did have a tear in my left miniscus.just cannot understand what the pain is in my right knee, pains that i have described above.please help me

the nigling pain in my right knee tends to be in the outer side of my knee but when the major pain happens is when i o to push of on it the shootin pains tend to b around the top of the knee cap oing down into my knee.please please help get in touch with any advice u can thanks alot gdogg
