Let's get this right. Brock Lesnar is fresh fighter while Fedor is a seasoned veteran. Being big, strong, fast and tough doesn't make you the best fighter. Take a look at Tim Silva. He seemed to be unbeatable. Went 16 fights unbeaten, 17th fight bam! Mir submitted him. Same thing for Brock. Yes he's big and all, but he hasnt proven how good he is to me, not just yet. Fedor has, 31-1... THAT"S proven talent.

@clutchcyle Lesnar has the same MMA record as Kimbo Slice. He beat and lost to an overrated Frank Mir, some Asian guy who clearly did not want to fight him, and a 45 year old guy in his first MMA fight in over a year. Big whoop.
Talk to me when he has a resume like Fedor. Beating Valesquez and Carwin would be a nice start. I'd gain a lot more respect for Lesnar if he can get some more quality wins. Hope he gets better soon.

after extremely hard 5+ hr workouts ur joints are raw as hell and may swell (if u do it daily for months), I used to do a simmilar thing boxing cept with cold water, but I guess ice works better, it also reduces healing time since it reduces swelling.
