they tied the "hobgoblin" "idea" into the "spectacular spider-man" show by convincing harry osbourne(as well as the viewers) that Harry Osbourne was the green Goblin when in fact,during the very LAST episode of SSM season 2,it was revealed that Norman Osbourne was actualy the Green Goblin...(that definitly threw me for a loop)...
harry's dad did the green goblin and originally harry the son DIDN'T do he hob, somebody else did him. as the time went harry took the the role in comics and cartoons, but marvel fixed this in the kovies by making harry the NEW goblin.
roderick kingsley originally got the equipment from a guy named georgie who stumbled across one of osborns hideouts when he was trying to escape from spider-man. he then killed georgie so no one else would know. hobgoblin didnt find the equipment himself.
Oh, and don't forget that Roderick Kingsley actually appeared three years before he became the Hobgoblin (as a guy Spidey SAVED from a supervillain, ironically) in the first issue of Spectacular Spider-Man that Roger Stern wrote...clearly he had plans for him right from the start.

That was my initial goal, but one of my friends didn't want to help me out, I guess he was chicken of the dark, so I couldn't do it alone as I wouldn't of been able to see what I was taping :)

Although I was a bit disapointed seeing FRIGGIN DAYLIGHT, I had the idea you were gonna break in a cementary at night with a friend and do the class. That was my initial goal, but one of my friends didn't want to help me out, I guess he was chicken of the dark, so I couldn't do it alone as I wouldn't of been able to see what I was taping :)

Amazing! I was never really clear on the Hobgoblin thing because there were gaps in my reading habits. (ie I stopped reading comics for a while, and then picked them up again etc.) Plus it never seemed CLEAR what was going on with him! So great video!! Thank you!

Oh I would also like to know... did the HG ever inject and/or absorb the serum himself? Just wondering... or was he just always tip top in shape. Cuase working that glider must take superhuman reflexes and physical conditions (they have to stir a rocket powered propultion machine with only his legs :P )

Yea if I remember correctly he made a modified version of the Goblin Serum, one that didnt have any insane side effects.

Oh cool man.. I liked the H.G. class... I voted for the Long HW one but hey, voice of God is the voice of the people (as they say in politics). Although I was a bit disapointed seeing FRIGGIN DAYLIGHT, I had the idea you were gonna break in a cementary at night with a friend and do the class. But I guess that would have been troublesome... although you could have bribed the night time guard. Oh well, maybe next Halloween.
