just record yourself at 10 fps or below shaking your head around. When played back at full speed everything will be really quick and crazy. You dont even have to hurt your neck trying.
I filmed myself using a camera at ~30fps, and then did the 'neck twisty thing' for about 4mins, and used windows movie maker to cut, replace and resort several parts of it to give it that erratic movement.
I moved my head slowly in those directions, and then on my computer sped up the film to four times that speed. That is why i need to film it for 4 mins

Ahh, sweet for only using Movie Maker. I did one using that but it didn't turn out this good.
