Hey, two nights ago I was tapping into my higher self I didn't even say anything it just happen infact I provoked the situation I have no idea how but something shot out of my head and I was vibrating it WAS SO SCARY - I pleaded to make it stop and it did, it's amazing ppl.
( speaking form the '' higher self '' ) , i came to save my lower density self from a few years back . i did not give her any experiences as such cuz she did not need it . , she wus already aware of the MAGIC ! , :), but this is a great video :)
Nice to have heard you experience. Reality didn't all apart of course, as you know, it's your senses that left it behind. I had a similar experience recently and have never looked back. the only way is up:-) life changes so much when you realise it has just started.

I just recently got in touch with my inner self or higher self. My mind's eye has never been more open to the patterns of this world. Everything is linked its almost insane, but I love it.
Why am I given such intense experiences? The more intense, the greater the catalyst to grow and wake up to our full potential here...It's a disorienting process and helps to connect with others going through their own awakenings and contact experiences. Connecting with craft unexpectedly in waking time is intense to say the least.
You could you tell me the difference between our Spirit Guides and Higher Self, I usually call upon my Spirit Guides and there are many of them but they make up as one collectively. They even have names.
could you please explain exactly what kind of meditation you used or anything helpful? i seriously need to get in touch with my spiritual One
btw the germans tried to do such a thing in WW2 (i'm studying on it) and there have been multiple accounts of higher beings encountered by the germans like actual physical manifested contact with antichrist FYI
The meditation I used is the very first one in the book "Spiritual Growth"
an Orin chaneled book.
I believe the meditation was called Meet Your Higher Self. it is the first in book because working with one's own HS is the first step and most important one to any spirtual work

Also I see objects vibrate now and I can see the energy and aura's of both people and objects.

I know of an existence. , but i dont know who she is, i met her during my first time meditating , i left my body and went there to another plane of existence. it was very strange..but she was not alone there were others and i could only see their side, i seem to be behind the others looking at her and she was looking at me ,with a pale skin and black hair she was not from this world i can see a diferent face feature but pleasant i have not gone back too explore again yet ,but know i will soon

I have not actually fully levaitated in the air put my body begin to vibrate and felt very light as i was laying in my bed like i was going to go up and my heart was beating really fast. But where i need your help is always right before I am going to go up into the air I get freaked out and say stop. What can I do to get rid of the fear. Also I see objects vibrate now and I can see the energy and aura's of both people and objects.
