@juechter Yes, the port design allows for more air velocity and better air/fuel mixture. But its not worth the trouble of puting a 2G head on a 1G. I own a 91 TSI awd.

Buschur racing rebuilt the engine and put a stage 3 tranny in it. 50 trim turbo. so The video is not 2X speed. thats retarded. my ACTUAL 60 ' was 1.4 seconds and 11.2 in the quarter mile. That car is gone i wrecked it a year ago, went off the road going 155. But i got a new one now. 10.5 =)

In case you didn't know, theres a guy daily driving a 91 eclipse gsx with 647whp on a STOCK MOTOR. He runs low 10's. Stock motor. These little machines will surprise you. I own a 91 Talon TSi AWD that runs a 12.2 all day with very minor modifications.

Oh well. 12.2? On a 14B? Minor mods? Our fuel pumps and stock injectors take a shit after 16ish PSI, (I logged this thru my wideband). Maybe you should chill out. @RajinKinoma Hey man, by minor modifications I mean bolt on parts. I never said the car had a 14B. I went 12.2 on a Sleeper 16G, Fic 750s, 2g maf, Buchur fmic, wally 255, ECMLink V3 full, ARP studs, and a MBC. I'm probably forgetting a couple things, this is just off the top of my head.

@TGrigor92 Was no time and effort, literally just picked up a fresh 6 bolt block, and machined the 7bolt head to the 6bolt headstud size then profit. The 7bolt head flows a tiny bit better and the manifold the 7bolt comes with gives better midrange power. In the end, I had a easy swap and very little downtime, the extras that took me was my waiting for parts as I did the balance shaft elimination. Other than that, it was very easy.
