Hypocrisy is the game the West plays well. The Britshit sent their criminals to colonies, now they send their waste. I see we've gone way off topic, here. The problem is probably this. Britain doesn't have the infrastructure to recycle. China needs and wants Britain's business. If you don't give crap jobs to poor people they find themselves with a cash flow problem. There's no unemployment benefit!!!!!!!!!
