Look for an interface called M-Audio.
If not then some macs have a built in mic that you could use to listen to yourself.

The perfect sandwich is all about finding the best bread. I mean real high quality locally baked dark full grain bread with a lot of seeds (sun flower, poppy etc) and stuff in it. Then it's easy: Fry an egg and some bacon, spread mayo on the bread, put some good cheese (not pre-sliced) on the egg while its hot and put everything on the bread. Add a lot a freshly ground black pepper. If you're worried it's not healthy enough: add a couple of slices of tomato.
