This band never got the full credit it should have, some classic, classic songs with great lyrics/ meaning to them. For me just as good as any other band in the 90's............. just a shame there scousers!!! hehehe

hehe you are right they are from Liverpool maybe if they are from Manchester (like Oasis) maybe they got more famous. As you can see Manchester is better than Liverpool, including football.hehehe PEACE TO ALL !

Maybe if Oasis were from Liverpool they'd have been era defining like The Beatles ;). And as a side not on football, Liverpool still retains more European cups and League championships than any other English Club :)

Hehehe you have a point but Manchester United already equalled Liverpool in League Championship with 18 wins and that is a fact. As for the European cups, wait a few more years and Man U will overtake Liverpool.Going back to Lightning Seeds, years ago I bought this tape from a record store without knowing what is their sound.(because they are not popular).The sales girl recommended it, from then on I like them very much. I still have the Lightning Seeds tapes, I play once in awhile.
