Editing the cines to fit on Youtube I have come to really view the films as very good . My Father did seem to spend a great deal of time getting to know the people he filmed. I expect he handed out some cash, but he did have charm and the results seem to show his genuine appreciation of the the way of life of all the peoples he came across.

As for 2nd helpings... well, I try to resist nowdays.

Tricky question. I have freeze framed the clip but not much shows apart from mountains of rice, the ladies seemed to be enjoying themselves (and me too). I think it may have been at Naft Kaneh (oil area). Everyone is dressed up so it may have been at the home of a local dignitary. In the other videos of parties and swimming we were at the Alwand club.
