Well this looks like a star filmed through a telephoto lens to me. If you watch stars close to the horizon they cycle through colours like this - it's just the optical effect of the earths atmosphere.
Without any evidence that the object is actually moving (rather than the camera), I'd put my money on this being Venus or some other star.

He's using a tripod & the object is moving slowly to the right at a steady altitude (surely flares fall, laws of gravity an'all that) & is flashing different colours...what type of flare does that?
As you are having to use the digital zoom on this, the plane and its flashing lights are very distorted making it look almost like a space ship, but I feel again on this one it is easily explained. I am a believer myself, I can see from your other videos you are also. Have a look at my vids, I filmed something back on new year that I found hard to explain. Ok, I just ran a simulation of Venus's transit on the date u stated, from latitude. This was done on a program called Stellarium. [Google it, It's free, its very good.] Anyway, Venus was a magnitude -3.89 that day which is very bright, easy to see from any city. The sun was setting, it was about 3-4 pm in the afternoon.
Now if you get this program & run the date, u will see that the path of Venus is exactly the same to what you have on your video there. It's Venus, check it out for yourself.
You know, there is really no reason to feel so offended here, swearing is not going to get us anywhere.

The sky is darker,the movement more vertical but it is the same right to left movement track across the sky. The difference just depends on your latitude on the planet, where you are viewing from. Also,where Venus's position is at the time of year relative to Earth.

I'm afraid this -is- Venus, and you are right, you can clearly see its lower left to right movement as it transits across the sky. The colouring there -is- atmospheric refraction and your video cam there at max zoom trying to keep up.
Anyone whom has done even basic astronomy will know of this kind of movement as a planet tracks across a field of view in a magnified image, what you have caught on camera here is Venus.

I saw a fleet of about 200+ flying over Melbourne Australia at the start of 2008. Beautiful blue sky and and huge white clouds that they were using for cover im guessing. No camera would of been able to pick these things up at all. It was quite over whelming and still is when i think about it. No army on this earth could stop these things. A sparky Tesla craft (aka UFO). They've crossed the beams and they can't get up. Seriously the Tesla craft has a two motion drive as one is vertical for hover and the other is horizontal travel by electrical momentum. I try to be open minded, but my immediate thought on this is that it's the sun reflecting off of a high altitude jet (probably passenger jet). The speed at which it pans across the screen supports this in my opinion; slow and stead. I'm not observing any sudden course changes etc. I've seen similar color changing effects on sun reflections on my ccd camera, I think it's just a result of the way ccd's process light information on small bright objects.

they were directly parallel to each other
one was flying ahead of the other, it stoped and looked like it was waiting for the other one.
when it caugh up they flew north east, totall silent, mad!!

Well, this just looks like Venus shimmering through the atmospheric refraction. Pressure as well as humidity will have this effect on Venus.
As for the movement, well that's nothing more than a shaky camera hand, get a tripod!

I saw a similar ufo and several others by my house. I've been watching the same UFO's over my house for the past 4 days. They blink like that and move all over the place doing circles int he sky.

From the very brief shots that weren't zoomed into pixels, this looks like the space station in orbit.
Not a high altitude jet. Not a balloon.
Check your position, the sun behind you, orbital ship in opposition, tracking generally west to east...
Not alien, just something in orbit.
If you ever get the chance to be out in the middle of the ocean at night, at least 300 miles from any land, and turn out the lights, you can see lots of stuff in orbit.
No ET's, just junk.

A sparky Tesla craft (aka UFO). They've crossed the beams and they can't get up. Seriously the Tesla craft has a two motion drive as one is vertical for hover and the other is horizontal travel by electrical momentum. With a ball of electrons surrounding the craft, its not the easy to keep electron beams isolated. Atmospheric drive, free energy, can't be perfected.

Yeah, built from Tesla electrical engineering.
I could say electronics since they were around as well in early form but back when just coils
and capacitors and bulbs existed. I base this on theory by Tesla researcher and conspiracy historian of how it all happened Mr. William Lyne. I seem to base some of my UFO theories on net communications and books that he published. Best, thanks for commenting. UFOs all man made, no aliens in Mr Lyne's theory.

I try to be open minded, but my immediate thought on this is that it's the sun reflecting off of a high altitude jet (probably passenger jet). The speed at which it pans across the screen supports this in my opinion; slow and stead. I'm not observing any sudden course changes etc. I've seen similar color changing effects on sun reflections on my ccd camera, I think it's just a result of the way ccd's process light information on small bright objects.

ach there it goes, seems YT was having some issues with this video, I guess.
Very interesting vid, my friend. There's a lot of things that it COULD be, but i'll do some closer exams on it and see what I can come round with. either way, good qual, and nice footage.
See if you can, next time (cause I see you have a few others!) get some reference points in it all, if nothing else to keep people from knee-jerking it out of hand
