I would be very worried if you had a garage, you clearly know nothing about anything. all the way back from the first lancer evolution there has been the option of a GSR, it is the regular spec evo, EW,A/C, ABS etc etc unlike the RS with no EW, A/C etc. Just wikipedia lancer evolution and try and learn something for a change. As for Nur-Spec that refers to the Blitz Nur-Spec exhaust he has.
