  • it use to be really painful for me to do the splits but i can do them now and i dont feel a thing middle splits are probally the hardest and most painful splits to do :)

  • well done! it takes time to get into the splits. are you there now? i'm a dancer and i can't get all the way down because i have unusually tight hips for a ballet dancer (i'm not a professional), but i'm about where you are in this video. i congratulate you if you got down!

  • One thing that can help you with them is to keep your back knee up and try to sit straight up and not lean over!! (:

  • strech!!!! it looks like u are gonna break a bone!

  • you r nearly there try streches like going in to straddle and try and put your chest on the ground and try and touch your toes and if u can do that then try and put your palm of your hands on the ground

  • i don't mean to be mean but seriously back straight hips square, your gunna hurt yourdelf doing the splits like that!!!

  • I used to be able to do split but I didn't practise enough then one day when I tried... OUCH!

    So my advise is to make sure you practise everday!! lol

  • You were kind of bouncing a bit, it's better if u go down and keep ur back straight
