  • Your workouts are great especially for an athlete. I am totally against weight training unless you're a power lifter or bodybuilder. Keep up the great videos and maybe some of these guys will quit throwing away their money and not getting results going to the gym and bench pressing everyday thinking its working.   • @Motorcrossingman yea push ups, pull ups and shit like that work. You use your own body weight with a lot of reps. I know a lot of guys that don't even use free weights but they're all ripped as fuck.

  • why? becasue tony didnt get the way he is with p90. he looked awesome THEN created p90x for fat lazy fucks who need to buy something to get motivated. FREE is the way to go. not saying p90 doesnt work but too many people get it cause they lack real motivation or determination on there own.

  • @CHICANOGANGSTER13 It won't get you looking like the guy in the advert just by using them alone but it is a great device. I've been using them recently and it's actually fixed an old shoulder injury that had been really hampering a lot of my workouts.

  • Just wondering if you really do push ups to failure, how would a regular joe have energy for the harder push ups you say to do after , especially since you say dont rest much between sets? Wouldn't it make more sense to use push ups as a warm up or just do the harder push ups first finishing with the easier ones?

  • @yanaungthu well the flow fly puts a bigger strain on your arms and chest making you use your muscles more so you get a more intense workout rather than just doin puch ups

  • in order to gain muscle you really have to use weights, using you body weight will only get you so far. Check out scooby1961 if you really strive to put on muscle, he has some awesome safe advice that you can do at home.

  • @P4K1souljah 5'11 is a fine height,your even taller then floyd mayweather and look what he can do.weight training can stunt growth but thats only if your doing high intensity training.do more reps but less weight instead of high weight less reps,that way you wont go over the top and put strain on your growth plates :) hope this helped
