Your workouts are great especially for an athlete. I am totally against weight training unless you're a power lifter or bodybuilder. Keep up the great videos and maybe some of these guys will quit throwing away their money and not getting results going to the gym and bench pressing everyday thinking its working. Just wondering if you really do push ups to failure, how would a regular joe have energy for the harder push ups you say to do after , especially since you say dont rest much between sets? Wouldn't it make more sense to use push ups as a warm up or just do the harder push ups first finishing with the easier ones?

Seriously you got those pecs with just pushups? I do pushups w/ a 25# plate in a backpack and still don't have pecs like that. You must be doing BB and DB workouts too
@yanaungthu well the flow fly puts a bigger strain on your arms and chest making you use your muscles more so you get a more intense workout rather than just doin puch ups
in order to gain muscle you really have to use weights, using you body weight will only get you so far. Check out scooby1961 if you really strive to put on muscle, he has some awesome safe advice that you can do at home.
@ StatiusMw2, by putting your legs up during push ups'(higher), it makes your chest area the core, making your upper body carry the weight ,thereby providing the best contractions for your chest muscles.two words.-IT WORKS!
@P4K1souljah 5'11 is a fine height,your even taller then floyd mayweather and look what he can do.weight training can stunt growth but thats only if your doing high intensity training.do more reps but less weight instead of high weight less reps,that way you wont go over the top and put strain on your growth plates :) hope this helped

@yanaungthu well the flow fly puts a bigger strain on your arms and chest making you use your muscles more so you get a more intense workout rather than just doin puch ups

in order to gain muscle you really have to use weights, using you body weight will only get you so far. Check out scooby1961 if you really strive to put on muscle, he has some awesome safe advice that you can do at home.

@ StatiusMw2, by putting your legs up during push ups'(higher), it makes your chest area the core, making your upper body carry the weight ,thereby providing the best contractions for your chest muscles.two words.-IT WORKS!

@P4K1souljah 5'11 is a fine height,your even taller then floyd mayweather and look what he can do.weight training can stunt growth but thats only if your doing high intensity training.do more reps but less weight instead of high weight less reps,that way you wont go over the top and put strain on your growth plates :) hope this helped

@P4K1souljah i believe its an old wives tail tht it stuns ur growth.. im 14 n work out im 6ft atm. and in football kids my age have scheduled workout without being warned of stunned growth so i think ur good
