The sanctimonious Joe Rothmann is an out-and-out liar, his film worthy only of Goebbels. I suggest viewers double-check every claim he makes and you'll find the lion's share to be a dog's breakfast of outright dishonesty and misrepresentation. And who is he to claim to speak for the Jewish Community? Since when have Jews ever traveled in a herd? Contrary to his claim Rothmann and his Israel-firsters refuse ANY and ALL criticism of Israel. That was the crime committed at the festival.

Part 2 - The video was very informative and not only will I not support the Federation of San Francisco monetarily but I will not set foot inside their building or support their events until I see action on their part to not only stop supporting anti-Israel rhetoric but to start promoting pro-Israel and Jewish events.

I have now been living in San Francisco for just over 3 years and have never been surrounded by so many self hating Jews. Jews without knowledge and understanding of the importance of the State of Israel. We need to make our voice heard and support Israel and assure that these events do not continue. My wife and I were patrons of the SFJFF for several years, until we realized (at an event for patrons) that they were determined to continue to present biased films defamatory to Israel. Now we will withdraw our support from the Jewish Federation, to which we have donated hundreds of dollar each year for more than four decades.

Awesome video. Outrageous that the Film Festival staff grabbed the microphone away from the one person who dared, politely, to point out that the Rachel film was a defamatory screed. And how repulsive that a Jewish Film Festival, funded by the Jewish Federation, should show films that demonize Israel and incite loathing for Jews.
