I guess this is why you want to try to dismiss the time period of everything, because you've no fucking clue what's going on at any time.

Is it just me? Or is this show becoming less exciting? When Sting used to appear from the rope when the lights come off to come to the aid of someone about to be mauled, that was exciting. When Abyss was an angry out of control monster who was rampaging all the time, that was exciting. The hour long title match with Cage, Rhino, and Angle was exciting.I even kinda thought Super Eric was exciting. Watching Samoa Joe knowing hes going to win the match in 2 seconds is NOT exciting.

I can't believe how much TNA creative has turned the fans against Joe. Back in 2005-2006, under the D'Amore-Tenay administration, he was the hottest thing in wrestling. WWE were already eyeing him. Now, his whole act is just way too forced.

My view on this segment is that why cant they put Joe over without gimmick matches? I don't think this the best way put him over MEM. Don't get me wrong I like Samoa Joe but he's much better than this, but that's what TNA does. They will live or die with their gimmick matches.

Exactly my point. It doesnt matter if you have a gut or as skinny as a pole, as long as you have skills in the wrestling ring, that's all matters. WWE doesn't care about that. Muscle meatheads that dont know a wristlock to a wriswatch (ex Hulk Hogan) but he was a great entertainer no doubt. but Boretista is no where near a Hulk Hogan.

Agreed. Joe has a gut yet he's one of the most athletic guys on their roster. I seriously doubt Roidtista can jump of the top rope cleanly and if he could he probably tear a muscle cause he hasnt done anything athletic since he was in high school

Is it just me? Or is this show becoming less exciting? When Sting used to appear from the rope when the lights come off to come to the aid of someone about to be mauled, that was exciting. When Abyss was an angry out of control monster who was rampaging all the time, that was exciting. The hour long title match with Cage, Rhino, and Angle was exciting.I even kinda thought Super Eric was exciting. Watching Samoa Joe knowing hes going to win the match in 2 seconds is NOT exciting.
