@skitssss1 are you asking for a race? i have one of them 179's, still runs holden rods, crank and holden cast iron head and it eats fords and jap rice for breakfast yet still handles long trips no problem, uses little fuel and its not injected and very reliable.

My family had a HOLDEN EH 179 Station wagon from brand NEW , purchased from Suttons Motors Homebush NSW . The Date was 27/11/1964. What a car . PS Spend a bit in a professional tune up of that 186.

mate i love the eh and i have one...but i have to say it sounds like a pig!!

yep a wild beast of a pig lol but like I said it's a cold start up starting first turn of the key with no choke. The rattle is the exhaust hitting the rear leaf springs
