Anyway I think pseudoscience is a term best used on things like the 8ight "technology". Reiki really doesn't claim to be a science (at least not in the conventional way) so I don't think it could really be classed as pseudoscience.

I personally found ZPoint a great remedy for anxiety. I've actually stopped it because I don't get morning anxiety any more. Though I am really into gen water sprays right now.
