I wonder who put together this panel.. Along with Dawkins there are 3 that try to avoid being asked questions, an old woman who doesn't appear to have thought about this issue ever before and a female rabbi who talks nonsense (but with a very charming smile).

Lol that lady doesnt think that religious schools indoctrinate the kids.  Ive never been to one myself, but I have done research on them, and I know a few people who have attended them. Some of my family goes to a catholic school. This is in the U.S. Im not sure about other countries, but they indoctrinate people very strongly here.

Why do they all (except Dawkins) find the need to start their answers with pointless statements? It's so annoying, "I believe that there are many religions", "I believe people are all different". They always end up saying, "stuff is different" which is such a pointless thing to say.

As an American, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to see him dodge questions of irrational belief - I almost forgot he was a slimy politician. In America politicians behave similarly, but it's the overemphasis of personal faith and the appeasement to creationists and the religious aristocracy from the left that's disingenuous and cringeworthy. The Australian public must be awesome.

I could have said that they were unintelligent, irrational, naive, human beings with no common sense and it would have said the exact same thing as "stupid." This is a great example of how most 'religious' people have no clear understanding of what they actually believe in because they prefer to have others 'think' for them without any type of personal search or questioning...whereas, people like Richard/Christopher are examples of making their claims based on their own clearer understanding of what they speak...whether true or not? at least they are solid in their explanation, research, facts, knowledge, etc the rest are IDIOTS trying to be clever!
