I met JMJ 3 times, last time was 10-20-10, there's plans to tour the US in 2011.

Cały Place de la Concorde był z playbacku... tam była mała scena i wyłącznie JMJ. Poza tym na tak dużych koncertach, w przypadku muzyków ze sceny elektronicznej nie da się wszystkiego zagrać live, aby współgrało z wizualizacjami - zwłaszcza w tamtych czasach na analogach. Gdy przychodzi milion lub więcej osób to wszystko musi być git. Zawsze coś leci z sekwencera. Można grać live, ale raczej tak że utwór będzie "przypominać" oryginał.

Co prawda, to prawda. Jest mało artystów, którzy w swojej karierze posiadają mało takich występów (playback). I zgadzam się - koncerty mimo wszystko są idealne. Szczególnie Live in Pekin :D

Nie tylko dziś :) Jarre korzystał z playbacku lub z półplaybacku już podczas koncertów w Chinach w 1981 roku czy na koncercie Paris la Défense w 1990. Dla mnie nie ma to jednak znaczenia i tak się te koncerty świetnie ogląda :)
