I used to work @ Pizza Hut and the only time I hated prank calls is if was at peek hours. (12-1) & (5-8)... it gets pretty anoying (when u live off of tips) if there are a bunch of customers who think your lazing around... but really your hard @ work answering phone orders... they dont tip cause they're waiting on a stinking refill or their pizza is getting cold.... other wise it was a breath of fresh air and us servers would laugh about it for hours :D
