and i also think that the editing is relatively smooth, it doesn't move to the next clip too quickly.

in this scene she is writing a character reference for Luke who is trying to get custody of his daughter. and she cannot think of anything to write, so she distracts herself with the pen, by making the illusion of it being made of rubber
