I just wanted to say that I really never knew the band WAR until I saw them play at the HullbaLOU Music Festival at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky in July of 2010 ... and I must say ... they were very talented, they looked like the loved being up there on stage, and they put on a hell of a show! So, they gained 1 more fan !! Carry on ...

The REAL WAR band is now called the LOWRIDER BAND. They are the ORIGINAL WAR artists that wrote and recorded all the WAR music that the cover band misled you into believing they sing and wrote. They are using the STOLEN name WAR and living off the works of the REAL artists of WAR, who are now called The LOWRIDER BAND, because they can't use the WAR name that THEY made famous. Don't be fooled anymore, WAR fans. Peace.

The WAR you see today has 1 OG, (as I call them), while the LOWRIDER BAND has 4 OG's. Although I would love to see that one OG reunited with his 4 bros of THE LOWRIDER BAND, it seems like it will never happen.
