Hey girl! You know we feed off one another and need each others ideas and feedback in order to get and stay fierce. And don;t apologize for how yo are. Folks need to hear this stuff from all angles. I sometimes wish that I could express more of my anger! And, yes, retreats are a fab idea. I plan to build a house in by the lake in Alabama and do just that.
