Tricky requires yo to discard, for Cydra your opponent needs a monster on the field if they have more. for Vice here, just 1000 less attack and easy snchroing.

not the point you can synchro summon just as easyly with the tricky easpecially in the OCG where they can dicard a cerberal which is special summoned if its discarded even for a cost that then makes a lv 7 synchro and a normal summon still if you need it

But Konami got what it wanted, now, thousands of people are storming to the stores so they can buy as many Raging Battle Special Edition Packs as possible. It is something that has created great buzz in the Yugioh World, but it ain't really that secial, the card will be out in a few months along with a toy, instead of wasting so much money on a card, or in Raging Battle packs, I think I'll wait and get my toy and my vice dragon XD

Basically, when these boxes where being set up or when the cards were being separated for packaging, a couple Vice Dragons got placed in with the Allures and Dark Creators. And since this is all on an assembly line, no one could check fast enough and they got shipped out with the special edition boxes. It was a packaging error.
