this is prolly cos i only ever did muscle ups on the rings when i was a gymnast, but doesn't it defeat the point to have the rings so short from the ceiling? when they're as long as the rings gymnasts use you have to bring in the whole keeping the rings together a helluva lot more, which i thought was the hardest part of it.
The song was really cheesy and lame, although I can't be sure of when it was made, everything about it screamed early 90's, especially the graphics. The progressions were good though.
The song is called Forever Young by Rod Stewart. You're right it's cheesy, but it's better than having a video to the music from Rocky. Keep it up kids.
