He speaks English at times but every so often he say's Chica (meaning girl/women) which is a Spanish word. But Caipirinha derives from Caipira which is a Brazilian Portuguese word meaning country people ( or hillbilly). Which makes it very confusing (at least to me).
@CanvasKirby What?!?! I'm portuguese and the common knowledge is that caipirinha is a drink! made with cachaça {liquor}, sugar, lime and ice cubs
around 1:56 a women even says "Eu quero tomar caipirinha" meaning "I want to have caipirinha" OR "I want to drink caipirinha" ... "tomar" is difficult to translate cuz sometimes it's like "take"
but what I really want to know is where THAT meaning of caipirinha came from O_O
@xSpecialish You are right, but 'caipirinha' means also a diminutive for peasant (caipira) in Brazil. Obviously in this music the meaning is what you' ve said.

@CanvasKirby A caipirinha is an alcoholic drink. That's what he's singing about.
