BTW, I actually don't mind the "uh"s, "like"s and "yeah, so"-s... I think they actually contribute to your style. Ok, they can be overdone, but I don't think you do that.

I fact, I think that vlogs without any uhs and likes would become pretty boring in a way, because they'd start sounding like prepared speech, and that's not what you want (at least not with "spontaneous" vlogs).

Have an outline of speaking points on cards, just one or two lines about an idea you want to cover.

Know your cards, and the order they're in so you only need to glance at them to find your place.
