  • @jameswray50 man breathing right is one of the most important things when it comes to exercising its not difficult, just breath in when going down towards the ground, and breath out or exhale when pushing up. Not that hard. When doing pulling routines, breath out or exhale when your are pulling up or in. and take a deep breath when going down or lowering.

  • I can't breath when I do pushups, so I can't get past 5 (usually) without gasping for air.

  • You cant gain muscle mass with excercises like this. Working with your body weight will only make an athletic look, but wont be big. If you want to gain mass, you should to all excercises with free weights like dumbells and barbells and less machines, thats a fact!

  • lol you can't get bigger without weights you guys... Trust me I tried shit like this for a whole year. All I did was get skinnier and get toned but it looked weird since my muscles were small. Save yourself the time and get some weights or go to a gym.

    Trust me, I was on a bulking diet. Since when I was doing workouts like this, I've gotten real weights and have had good gains. I actually know a decent amount about training/fitness now.

  • @identifiedstranger That is not a problem. Just stop eating animal products and start eating whole cereals, grains, seeds, nuts, specially almonds, in addition to your vegetables and fruit diet.

    Aim for 50 gr of almonds a day, if you can afford them. Breakfast lots of juicy fruits, and after half an hour or so go for the solids.

  • nice video and great chest workout. Though muscle won't be build fast without the help of an effiecient and proper diet.   • After 33 years of consistent weight training using free weights and machines, all I do now is Bodyweight exercises, and I am getting the BEST workouts of my life!! Bulgarian Single-Leg Squats, Glute/Ham Raises, Pushups, Inverted Rows, Dips, Chin-Ups, Hand-Stand Push-Ups, Wide-Grip Pull-Ups, Close-Grip Pull-Ups, Tricep Bench Dips.

  • @HeeDaarHoi - Do as many reps you think you can do in the first set, rest, try for same reps, rest, then do the last set of reps, then that's the sets done for the day. You could always do the workout more than once during the day.

  • well 1 thing that all videos and guides should state that talk about how to gain muscle etc...is to find out what body type or combination of body types you are.(search on web)

    there are Ectomorphs: find it hard to gain fat/muscle

    tend to be lean or skinny

    very high metabolisms

    Endomorphs: tend to be round shaped

    find it easy to gain weight and fat, need to watch out for obesity

    low-med metabolisms

    Mesomorphs: find it ezier to gain or lose weight and muscle

    athletic build

    moderate metabolism

  • Building muscle is certainly one of the hardest things to do and takes years. However if you do it correctly from the start you will start to see results fairly quickly. if you are a beginner you should definitely train with your own body weight first just like TeaRexx1 demonstrates in this video.

  • @MrTHaOster6294 getting undernearth the chest outer under chest. i think it targets that area. try the dip and see what parts of your chest flex. that will tell you what its working out

  • You could put some weight on the chairs like a bag full of books or something so that it doesn't slip. The other ones look like they're killer on your wrists.

  • @SuperMrCollier it depends on many factors, if you're an Ectomorph like me it will be challenging but not impossible. I've been working out for a few years and I have gained muscle but of course I have also lost much what I gained thanks to my super fast metabolism, work and bad sleep patterns. So it mainly depends on sleep, diet, Protein intake and how consistent you are with all three. You can begin to see results in as little as 6 to 8 months but don't expect to get huge right away.

  • Damn... all these exhausting exercises... damn... I just hit huge weights... pump a few times... eat my protein... I look like a beast. It's so easy. Don't make it complicated.
