Snakes eat frozen mice, frozen rabbits and even frozen lambs depending on breed and size. No domestic snake should ever be fed live food because

A) It could be diseased, frozen snake food is bred in specific environments and are disease free

B) It stresses the animal and the snake

C) Whoever survives could get seriously injured and may need putting down anyway
