Petty misdemeanor : which asshole wrote that law. It should be gross misdemeanor if you don’t use do much more then drive around and try to impress someong. If you stop someone it should be felony.
this is bull....cops should be held accountable for aiding ANY criminal and in some cases even more harshly than others...
they were swarn to fulfill a duty and protect the public....it was their choice to take the oath...so they should be punished sevearly for breaking the oath.
i have family that are cops...and id hold them to the same judgment so please dont think this is a a cop hating remark.
