  • To wee Dell........god love you son.......Bobby..Theresa

  • Ian Hunter a true Rock'n Roll hero!

  • 35 years ago Dylan did his thing. He also wrote great songs recorded by others. Ian Hunter and these videos bring back to me who I was and why we were right and honest in the early 70s when I was a kid. Living in NYC suburbs, running around the streets of Manhattan and going to clubs when we were way under the legal limit (14). Suburban daytripper runaways like me bought their platform shoes in Jamaica. I love the glam era.

  • "B" side. That dates things, Do the kids even know what a 45 would look like?.

    Before MP3. Before CDs.

Ian can't really sing. But neither can Bob Dylan.

The music bussiness and life aren't fair. If it was, everyone would know who Ian Hunter is too. A great song writer.

  • The version on MTH Live will break your heart. Where are you, Morgan Fisher?

  • For Carsten Thomassen, the journalist

    RIP

  • THIS SONG ROCKS

  • Rest in Peace? He's not dead.

  • Ian Hunter was not inspired by Bob Dylan, nor did he eumulate him. Honest. He didn't hear Dylan actually until later! He told me himself that it was when he saw Sonny & Cher that he decided to go for it! Sonny Bono was his inspiration -- hence, Laugh At Me on the Mott lp.

  • One of the best songs Ian Hunter ever wrote, love it to death.

  • and Irene Wilde another great from Ian...

  • Irene Wilde is a classic.I have it on vinyl from

a live concert Ian Hunter made an album from.

The record is a little scratched but if I turn

it up loud it sounds like new.I've been looking

for the live version on cd.

  • Irene Wilde is one of the best love song. There are many CD availabe. Live version, etc.

  • I guess you might have been that guy too? Absolute classic love it death!

  • Forever wanting to be Dylan

  • So sorry Dylan can NOT rock like our Ian as good as Dylan is though a great copier.

  • Plus, you can understand Ian. I saw Dylan a few years ago and I could not understand anything he sang.

  • dylan cant sing a note and lives on past glory he has not made a memorable song 35 years!!!

  • But so much better than Dylan!!

  • Stunning. I used to flip the single and play this to death when I was younger. It still sounds awesome.

I'm still annoyed. This is one of the few Ian Hunter London gigs that I missed and it's the one that they recorded! :-(
