LOL, I've watched all the Herschel costume videos. It is probably safe to say that Halloween is a time of year Herschel dreads, but he is just sooo dang cute! Puppies are so loyal, they deal with mess like being put in costumes because they know we love them and they love us lol. Dogs really are man's best friend!
As an English Bulldog owner myself, I'am also a fan of Herschel. Maybe one day you can visit my Youtube page and watch the latest video I made of my Bulldog "Mozzarella", which by the way has a huge crush on Herschel...lol

Herschel is officially a star now!!! I saw him 3 times on America's Cutest Dog! He is so awesome and I bet you were really proud :) I know I was and he's not even my dog LOL. I was jumping outta my seat when I saw him his familiar, handsome face in his lil pirate costume. It was really good to see him nominated and he is still the cutest in my eyes. Aw, he's so cute! He rolls his eyes when you say he's a happy bulldog. :) Lola was a bumblebee this year and we entered the petnation costume contest here in Navarre. Poor thing didn't win anything, but she was featured in the Navarre press. ;) We're adopting another bulldog from south Florida in a couple of weeks.

I am so sorry I never responded to you when you had to cancel the pups playdate...I ended up giving birth that day, so I doubt it would have worked anyway..LOL. We still need to get them together, especially now that it is nice and cool and they can play without getting to hot and tired
Yes, we're very excited about getting another baby. :) I'm excited for you and your "human" baby too. ha! Do you ever think about getting Herschel a playmate? There are several great bulldog rescue groups here in FL. We'll definitely have to get our bullies together in the near future, maybe after we adopt our new one.
