It doesn't matter if he is doing "cheap" moves with Guile. if he's doing cheap moves, or doing only 3 moves, it should be even MORE predictable and easier to beat. No matter how hard you try, it is impossible to justify quitting.

I'm not an online gamer but I hang out with a lot of them and they don't cry about not being able to beat certain moves, they keep trying and they figure it out. I'd rather hear you say that the other person's moves sucked so YOU KEPT PLAYING AND BEAT THEM.
@JMB129 fei long vs guile. fei long has no projectiles, so he either approaches or gets chipped to death. light sonic boom impedes all of fei's forward momentum besides chicken leg(which gets beat by flash kick), which you sure as hell aren't going to pull off online, so jump-ins are the only option, but wait, guile can pull off a flash kick from the same position as soon as he sees that jump since you can't block in the air. why would you waste your time playing a match like that?
