Yeah i have been training for over 2 months and i have improved alot i advice you to watch scoobys videos aswell hes a great trainer too.

i do wat Rhadi does then i do 21's which are 7-7-7 dumbell lifts then i do 2x 25 pressups.
I do this twice and thats about it for your arms

yeah 2 sets of each, you might think itz not alot but i do this 5 times a week so i rest my arms and give it a rest so it grows bigger.

no it wont really improve alot if you work out 1 day a week at least 3 times a week and dont over do i i have injured my arm overdoing it .

My arms never felt so sore, this exercise reminded me of my first few months lifting. It's been 3 days, while my biceps don't usually feel it at all.
